Introduction to Scrum for non-IT people
A Course Overview
The words ‘Agile’ and ‘Scrum’, often used synonymously, have permeated deep into the fabric of most modern organisations, especially those in the tech and recruitment fields. The terms originated from IT, but they have since touched almost every corner of the organisation.
But what does it mean for those not in IT? What is the impact on the rest of the workforce?
This two hour session is targeted specifically to help non IT people understand what ‘Agile’ and ‘Scrum’ are and how they might impact non IT areas within an organisation.
The session is offered in a standard format but may be tailored to an individual organisation’s needs if required.
Anyone in an organisation, C-level and senior management included, who wants to understand what ‘Agile’ and ‘Scrum’ really are and what impact these new approaches to an organisation’s way of working might have on their day to day life.
This session does not preclude IT people from attending but it is likely to be of greater relevance to those outside IT.
This session is in no way a substitute for comprehensive training on the fundamentals of Agile, which all those who will work directly with Agile values and practices should undergo. See the description of our LAF course (Lean-Agile Foundations) for further information.
Corporate: On demand. Please contact info@zawich.eu for further information.
