Lars Wagner and Phil Bowker are experienced agile practitioners, actively practicing a Lean Agile approach whilst coaching a number of clients at team and organisational level. Being active practitioners, they bring a variety of real world experiences and pragmatic insights to share during the course.
Phil Bowker
Phil is an experienced business and IT professional focused on Lean-Agile transformation for organisations and Lean-Agile adoption for teams. He has wide experience of culture, having lived in several European countries and worked with a variety of organisational cultures.
Phil was an early adopter of Scrum, gaining his Scrum master certification in 2005. Since then he has coached teams in Europe, North America and India, where his clients have ranged from start ups to large banks. Whilst not tied to one business domain Phil's most recent experience is with the Fintech industry.
Most recently Phil has been sharing his extensive Agile experience in the classroom as a guest lecturer at universities and has designed a Lean-Agile foundation training course in conjunction with Lars Wagner.
Lars Wagner
Lars is an Agile Coach and Integral Coach®, with extensive experience as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. He is also an experienced agile trainer. He has a broad IT background with experience in, coaching business and management roles as well as IT. He focuses on enhancing communication structures in organizations and on people development.
Lars has specific experience working with scaling agile in large organizations, particularly using SAFe and the Spotify model. Lars is a certified SPC4.
Carolina Gorosito
Carolina is a facilitator for cultural change in organizations. Her career started at early age in the IT industry and from there she experienced varied roles within this field.
She has been coaching individuals, teams and organizations from Asia, North and Latin America, helping them in the Lean-Agile transformation and cultural shift. Focused and committed on developing innovation skills for the future, Carolina has trained and mentored over 500 people in agility, creative change, and problem solving for the next leadership at universities, companies and online courses.
Graeme Christie
Graeme has over 16 years of experience in IT in several roles and has lead diverse projects across Europe. The last six years have been focused on Agile software development with much of it in the insurance industry. Graeme's most recent assignments have included hands-on DevOps experience on large scale projects. Graeme is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe Program Consultant and now shares the knowledge he gains as a practitioner in the classroom.
